Out and About: Camden Lock and Stables Market

If you're here for the Olympics or just for a holiday, I suggest you visit this amazing place if you can.

Camden Town is a fantastic place to go for a burst of colour, history and culture. The streets are lined with wonderfully painted shops selling a whole host of exciting clothes and products.

Check out the amazing colours. This is a great place for inspiration.

Camden Lock has a completely different feel to it compared to the rest of London, so naturally, this place is packed almost all weekend.

These statues are a must for horse fans. There's even a GIANT horse head statute in the middle of the Market.

Camden Lock holds the old Stables Market which used to be a horse stable and hospital. This is why you'll see a number of wonderful horse statutes throughout.

The Market is a maze of countless stalls selling food, clothing (such as gothic, vintage, and hand made prints and sprayed clothes) and decorative pieces for you and your home.

The great thing about this place is that you're bound to find something you like and  this is a fantastic place to get something original for you or a friend. There are even stalls where they will create custom made clothing for you while you wait!
